The Problem

Most AV contractors treat your parish
like a conference room.

Most AV contractors have never stood at the kliros, followed a deacon through the nave, or heard what chant sounds like in a space that's been properly tuned for it. That gap shows in their work.

Solea AV was built differently — by people who have worshipped in these spaces, served in them, and spent years working in professional audio at the highest level. We know what the liturgy demands because we live it.

Microphones that disrupt the visual reverence of the space

Ugly, visible mics at the kliros and altar that pull the eye away from the iconostasis.

Clergy and chanters who cannot be heard clearly

Poor vocal clarity from improperly tuned systems that were never designed for chant.

Families in the narthex who can't follow the service

No audio coverage in the narthex, cry rooms, or parish halls where young families gather.

Homebound parishioners cut off from parish life

No livestreaming capability despite growing demand from the elderly and distant members of the parish.

Systems too complicated for volunteers to operate

Overcomplicated setups that constantly break and keeps people guessing Sunday to Sunday.

How We Can Help

Liturgical AV Solutions

Every solution is designed with the worship space in mind. Technically rigorous, visually discreet, and acoustically appropriate for sacred sound.

Sound Reinforcement

Clergy microphones, choir coverage, narthex and cry room speaker systems. Tuned for the acoustics of chant, not speech in a conference room.

Wireless Microphone Systems

Proper wireless packs so the deacon doesn't hand off a microphone mid-service. Frequency-coordinated systems that work in even the most challenging RF environments.

Livestreaming

Camera, encoder, and streaming setup for YouTube and Facebook. Keep your homebound, elderly, and distant parishioners connected to every service.

System Design & Consulting

If your parish is hiring a general contractor, I can spec the system properly so it gets built right the first time. Proposals, equipment lists, and signal flow diagrams.

Parish Hall & Classroom AV

Projectors, screens, and basic audio for parish schools, fellowship halls, and multi-purpose spaces. Clean setups that volunteers can actually use.

Hearing Loop Systems

Induction loop systems for hearing-impaired parishioners. Invisible, effective, and a genuine act of welcome for every member of the community.

Who We Serve

We speak your liturgical language.

Orthodox cross

Orthodox Parishes

Greek, Antiochian, OCA, ROCOR, Bulgarian, Romanian, Serbian, and all other jurisdictions throughout the Northeast and beyond. We worship in these spaces. We know the liturgy, the movement, the acoustics, and what it means to get it right.

Latin cross

Catholic Parishes

Roman Catholic and Eastern Catholic parishes seeking an installer who understands the solemnity of the Mass and knows that in a sacred space, the best AV system is the one you never notice. Every installation is approached with care, precision, and deep respect for the tradition.

Protestant cross

High-Church Protestant Parishes

High-church and liturgically-minded Protestant communities Episcopal, Anglican, Lutheran, Reformed, and beyond. If your service has structure, reverence, and a space built for worship, we understand what your AV system needs to do and what it should never do.

Currently serving the Northeastern United States — Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, New York, and New Jersey. Select projects considered beyond that region.

How It Works

A straightforward process built around
your parish's needs and schedule.

01

Consultation

01

A free, no-pressure conversation about your space and goals.

It starts with a conversation. Tell us about your space, your challenges, and what you are hoping to achieve. We will ask the right questions and give you an honest assessment of what is possible and what it might cost before any commitment is made.

02

Site Survey

02

A thorough walk-through of your space, acoustics, and existing setup.

We visit your parish, walk the full space, and assess everything. Acoustics, existing equipment, cable pathways, liturgical flow, and the specific needs of your tradition. You will receive a written findings summary with photos.

03

Proposal

03

A detailed written proposal — no hidden costs, no surprises.

We deliver a detailed written proposal covering the recommended system design, equipment list, project scope, timeline, and itemized pricing. No surprises, no hidden costs. We present it in person or over a call and answer every question before you decide.

04

Installation

04

Clean, respectful work scheduled around your liturgical calendar.

We schedule work around your liturgical calendar, weekdays, off-hours, or between services. We arrive on time, work cleanly, and treat your space with the respect it deserves. Most installations are completed in one to three days.

05

Handoff & Support

05

One switch. Full documentation. Ongoing support when you need it.

We design every system to be simple by intention. When the job is done, turning everything on should be a single switch — no trained operator required. We walk your team through exactly that before we leave, provide full documentation of everything installed, and remain available for questions and support after the job is done.

About the Founder

Built on craft.
Rooted in the faith.

With over a decade in professional audio. Orthodox Christian by choice, with a faith that has only grown deeper through serving in these spaces. When his own parish needed audio work, it was a natural fit and it made clear that this niche was worth building something around.

Every installation Solea AV delivers is built around one question: what does this specific parish actually need? Not a standard package, not a spec sheet pulled from a previous job, a system designed from the ground up for your space, your liturgy, and your community. The goal every time is simple: when the job is done, you should feel like you got more than you paid for.

In most cases, no. We schedule work around your liturgical calendar — weekdays, off-hours, or between services. For larger installations we'll discuss timing upfront so there are no surprises. Your worship schedule comes first.
It depends on the scope. A wireless microphone system or speaker addition can be completed in a single day. A full sanctuary audio system typically takes two to three days. We give you a clear timeline before any work begins.
We start by evaluating what you have. If existing equipment is functional and fits the design, we work with it. We never recommend replacement for its own sake — only when it genuinely serves the parish better.
The site survey is where everything starts. We visit your space, walk the nave, narthex, and any auxiliary rooms, assess your acoustics, document your existing setup, and listen to how your parish uses the space. From there we design a system around your actual liturgical needs — not a generic package. Site surveys are $250 and that fee is credited toward your project if you move forward.
Yes. We offer maintenance arrangements for parishes who want a reliable point of contact for troubleshooting, seasonal checkups, and system adjustments over time. Ask us about this when we meet.
Yes. Whether it's an outdoor Pascha service, a patronal feast, a hierarchical visit, or any liturgical event that requires a setup beyond your permanent system, we can help. We assess the space, bring the right equipment, and make sure the day goes smoothly — then pack up cleanly when it's done.
We require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion. We accept check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. For larger installations, milestone-based payment schedules can be arranged — we'll outline everything clearly in your project agreement before any work starts.
